Domestic Orders: 

Frances Hart, LLC offers flat rate $20 ground shipping on all domestic orders. Domestic orders ship within the United States via UPS.

International Orders: 

At this time, Frances Hart does not ship orders outside of the United States.

Important: 

All shipments will be dispatched via UPS on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays.  Once your credit card has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed within two business days. All orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the following day. Please be sure to double check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. Frances Hart, LLC is unable to reroute packages once shipping has been initiated. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses.  Frances Hart, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your Frances Hart online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Returns can be initiated and processed via our website. Please fill out your return request here. If you have any questions about the status of your return, please email info@franceshart.com.

  • Returns shall be accepted if postmarked within 14 days of the date received.
  • Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns on Final Sale items will be accepted.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed. We have the right to deny a return or credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • If you choose not to use the prepaid return label provided with your shipment, all shipping costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your credit has been processed.
  • We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State sales tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
