Measurements are taken in inches and while the garment is lying flat. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you may already own.

What sizes do you offer?
Frances Hart sizing is specific to our brand to allow for a fit that serves our customer throughout her pregnancy. Every style is constructed with that intention. Most products come in sizes XS, S, M and L. Our knits come in XS/S and M/L, and their construction lends itself to a growing belly.
Will you be getting more inventory if you’re out of my size?

How do I care for my Frances Hart garments?

Frances Hart, LLC offers flat rate $20 ground shipping on all domestic orders. Domestic orders ship within the United States via UPS.
At this time, Frances Hart does not ship orders outside of the United States.
All shipments will be dispatched via UPS on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays. Once your credit card has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed within two business days. All orders received after 1PM EST will be processed the following day. Please be sure to double check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. Frances Hart, LLC is unable to reroute packages once shipping has been initiated. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. Frances Hart, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your Frances Hart online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Returns can be initiated and processed via our website. Please fill out your return request here. If you have any questions about the status of your return, please email email@example.com.
-Returns shall be accepted if postmarked within 14 days of the date received.
-Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns on Final Sale items will be accepted.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed. We have the right to deny a return or credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
-If you choose not to use the prepaid return label provided with your shipment, all shipping costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer.
-We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State sales tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.

Frances Hart accepts all major forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
All purchases made on our site, whether they are for in-stock items or pre-order items, are charged at the time of purchase. Expected pre-order ship dates are listed on their product pages, and can be found by going to the page on the item you’re pre-ordered and selecting your size. The expected ship date will they show up right beneath the pre-order button.
If you pre-ordered an item and it’s now showing as in stock, that means it just arrived and our team is working as fast as they can to pack and ship your orders. Pre-orders are sent out in the order in which they are received, and you can expect to receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on the way.
